If you have a night shift then you can drink tea in the evening. People who do not have acidity or stomach problems can also drink tea in the evening. People who do not have the habit of drinking tea can also drink tea occasionally.
People who sleep well at night can drink evening tea. People who eat three meals a day can also drink evening tea. People who drink less than half or 1 cup of tea also do not suffer any harm from evening tea.
Avoid evening tea:
People who do not sleep well at night. People who suffer from insomnia should not drink tea in the evening or before going to bed. People who suffer from anxiety and lead a stressful life should also avoid drinking too much tea. People who have a lot of Vata problems and have dry skin and hair should avoid evening tea. If you are underweight and trying to gain weight, do not drink tea in the evening. People who do not feel hungry on time should not consume tea because drinking too much tea reduces hunger even more.
