Use of western toilet has now become common, whether it is a public place or a home bathroom. However, using such toilets for a long time can cause many health problems. Let us know some of the disadvantages of long-term use of western toilet:

1. Causes of constipation

Using western toilet can cause constipation. Malasana position in yoga helps in cleaning the intestines, whereas sitting in the western toilet does not give the right position to the body, due to which it becomes difficult to clean the intestines and the problem of constipation gradually develops.

2. Risk of urine infection

The risk of urine infection may increase when using public western toilets. When your skin comes in direct contact with the toilet seat, there is a risk of infection from the germs present there. Additionally, using tissue paper incorrectly can also lead to infection, such as the paper sticking to the vagina.

3. Piles problem

Prolonged use of Western toilet causes constipation, which may be responsible for hemorrhoids. To clean the intestines, there is more pressure on the rectum, which causes swelling and the problem of piles.

4. Anal fissure problem

When the pressure of water from the jet is applied on the swollen rectum, the tissue of the rectum can burst, which can lead to the problem of piles as well as anal fissure.

Keeping these problems in mind, it is important that we take precautions while using western toilets and also utilize the benefits of Indian toilets as far as possible.
