Dumka, September 3 (HS). A case that puts humanity to shame has come to light from Shikarpara police station area. A 26-year-old youth has been accused of raping a 13-year-old handicapped deaf and dumb girl.
The arrested youth is Satish Hansda, a resident of Barmasiya village of Mohammad Bazar police station area of West Bengal. As soon as the police of Shikaripara police station received information in the case, the police took immediate action and arrested the accused Satish Hansda and sent him to jail on Tuesday. On the statement of the girl's mother, a case has been registered in Shikaripara police station under case number 82/24 section 65 (2) POCSO Act. The youth has been arrested from Kulkul Dangal.
