Anjali Birla: Indian Railway Personnel Service officer and Lok Sabha Speaker Om Birla's daughter Anjali Birla has approached the Delhi High Court. The Delhi High Court has put a stay on the controversial claim being made on Anjali Birla. The court has ordered the removal of the post made on social media. The High Court has asked Google and X to remove the controversial post within 24 hours. Anjali has challenged the claim being made on social media that she passed the UPSC exam only due to her father's influence.

Senior advocate Rajiv Nagar raised the issue before Justice Naveen Chawla. Justice Chawla passed the order after a quick hearing. Justice Chawla said that the alleged content was posted without proper verification and the language was also inappropriate. Anjali has said in the petition that the posts being made on social media are derogatory and wrong.

Amid Om Birla's second term as Lok Sabha Speaker and the NEET UG paper leak controversy, some posts on social media claimed that Anjali Birla became an IAS officer because of her father's influential position. It was claimed that Anjali is a model by profession and because of her father, she cleared the UPSC exam in the first attempt.

However, Anjali rejected these claims and said that these social media handles are being run as part of a pre-planned conspiracy. Anjali accused them of trying to defame her and her father. Birla has also made X, Google a party. He also gave details of 16 X accounts on which controversial posts were made. This also includes a parody account of YouTuber Dhruv Rathee. It is being claimed on social media that Anjali is an IAS officer while in reality she is an IRPS officer. She appeared for the UPSC exam in 2019.
