Honey Singh gave clarification after nine years
The ‘Angrezi Beat’ singer revealed that someone had spread a rumor that Shah Rukh Khan had slapped him. That man loves me, he will never lay a hand on me. Honey Singh further said, ‘When they took me to Chicago for the show, I said that I did not want to perform.’ I was sure that I would not be able to do this show, I would die. Everyone told me that I should get ready but I refused. My manager came and said why are you not getting ready? I said I am not going and after that I went to the washroom, brought the trimmer and cut my hair. Then I said, how will I perform now? However, my team asked me to perform wearing a cap. Then I picked up a coffee mug lying there and hit it on my head.
Honey Singh’s sister became emotional
Along with Honey Singh, his sister was also included in the documentary series. She also became emotional remembering that incident. She said, I was in my room. He messaged me that something was wrong with me. He said can you come on Skype. And then he said, ‘Please save me, doll please save me.’ And then he hung up the phone. I was trying to reach out to (his ex-wife) Shalini.
Honey’s sister further said, ‘She told me that I want to do this show. You convinced him to do this show. I said I can’t do it. He told me that he was not well and something bad was happening. He could not be contacted for three hours. Three hours later, I was told he was in the hospital and had stitches in his head.
