Babar Azam has resigned from ODI and T20 captaincy. Babar Azam was the captain of Pakistan's ODI and T20 team but now he has resigned from his post. Babar Azam announced his resignation from the post of captain on social media. PCB has not even asked Babar Azam to leave the captaincy.
There were reports that there was talk of keeping Babar Azam as captain till the Champions Trophy but still the player left the captaincy. Pakistani media claims that Virat Kohli is the main reason for Babar Azam leaving the captaincy.
Babar was persuaded to leave captaincy by taking Virat's name?
