What is low glycemic index?

Diabetic patients have unbalanced sugar levels and the glycemic index is a measure of how long or how quickly carbohydrate food is converted into glucose. watermelon

Rich in Vitamin-A, Vitamin-C, Vitamin B1, B3, B6, Potassium and Magnesium, the GI of watermelon is 54, which is low. It works to maintain sugar in the blood. Apart from this, it is also beneficial in avoiding other diseases.
