Chennai Super Kings spent Rs 4 crore on Dhoni
A big gift has been given to the fans on the day of Diwali. Heartthrob of crores and captain of Chennai Super Kings, Mahendra Singh Dhoni will be seen playing in IPL 2025. Mahendra Singh Dhoni's name is also among the 5 players retained by CSK. Chennai Super Kings has retained Dhoni for Rs 4 crore. Mahi has been retained as an uncapped player.

18 crores spent on captain
Recently the rules of IPL have been changed. In such a situation, a player who has not played international cricket for 5 years will be considered an uncapped player. Dhoni has been retained by CSK under this rule.

Apart from Dhoni, CSK has spent Rs 18 crore on captain Ruturaj Gaikwad and Rs 18 crore on Ravindra Jadeja.
