DGP held a meeting regarding the traffic system of Ranchi city, gave many instructions

Ranchi, May 16 (Hindustan Reporter) DGP Ajay Kumar Singh held a review meeting regarding the traffic system of Ranchi city at the police headquarters on Thursday. During this, the DGP gave many guidelines. During this meeting, the decision taken on the proposal to create a traffic district in Ranchi on the lines of Kolkata metropolis was reviewed, emphasizing the need and availability of police personnel to strengthen the traffic system of Ranchi city.

Also, it was decided to send a team to study the traffic system in some other cities where the traffic system is exemplary. DGP directed the officers to take cooperation from Home Defense Corps to operate the traffic system smoothly. Also asked to form a three-tier committee to study the traffic system in other cities and send the committee after the Lok Sabha elections. During the meeting, ADG Dr. Sanjay Anand Rao Latkar, IG Manoj Kaushik, Akhilesh Kumar Jha, Pankaj Kamboj, DIG Dhananjay Kumar Singh, SSP Chandan Kumar Sinha, Superintendent of Police Traffic Kailash Karmali were present.
