Deputy commissioner ordered to register FIR in fake phone call case in teacher recruitment process | News India


Ranchi, 06 September (HS). Ranchi District Education Superintendent Badal Raj said on Friday that in the teacher recruitment process going on in Ranchi district, information is constantly being received about extortion of money from candidates through fake phone calls. Taking cognizance of this matter, Deputy Commissioner Rahul Kumar Sinha has ordered to register a primary. District Education Superintendent Ranchi has clarified the situation and said that candidates should not fall prey to any kind of fraud. It is noteworthy that according to the information received from various sources and newspapers, as per the court and departmental instructions, in the teacher recruitment process going on in the office of District Education Superintendent, Ranchi, some suspicious persons have been making fake phone calls to the candidates involved in the recruitment process and demanding money. The suspects are saying that if you pay money, your name will be added to the merit list (Megha List) and you will get the appointment letter. The suspects are also sharing some mobile numbers and asking them to transfer the amount.
