Ranchi, 02 December (HS). Ranchi Deputy Commissioner Manjunath Bhajantri has issued a public complaint number for the general public on Monday. The district administration will receive complaints from Ranchi residents on number 9430328080. The Deputy Commissioner officially launched the pilot of this number.
Launching the number from the confidential meeting room of the Deputy Commissioner’s residence, the Deputy Commissioner said that this is an initiative of the district administration for the convenience of the common people and quick resolution of their complaints. With time, efforts will be made to further improve the process of receiving and resolving complaints through this platform. The Deputy Commissioner said that WhatsApp group 9430328080 will remain active 24 hours. A nodal officer has been nominated at the district level to monitor this group. Besides, two other officials have also been deputed for their cooperation.
On WhatsApp group 9430328080, personnel have been deputed in three shifts for the immediate resolution of the work being done in various branches located at the Collectorate and the complaints received from the common people. Their working hours will be from 06:00 AM to 02:00 PM, 02:00 PM to 10:00 PM and 10:00 PM to 06:00 AM. The deputed personnel will forward the received complaint to the concerned department in time. We will also ensure to provide report of the action taken.
