Keshav Prasad Maurya personally listened to the problems of the citizens coming from different districts of the state in the Janta Darshan program organized in his office today and directed the concerned officers to ensure immediate and regular action. Shri Maurya said, it is my duty to serve the people with all my heart and body. He gave clear instructions to the officers that special attention should be paid to sensitivity, transparency and timeliness in solving public problems. “Every requester and complainant who comes to my office is like a god. I consider their problem as my problem and work tirelessly to solve it.
A large number of complainants came to Janata Darshan with various problems including measurement of land, widening of roundabout, construction of drains and roads, Prime Minister’s residence, old age pension and financial assistance for treatment of serious illness. Honorable Deputy Chief Minister listened to each complainant with seriousness and sensitivity and gave necessary instructions after talking to the concerned officials on telephone.
Agra resident Mr. Shailendra son of Mr. Shiv Kumar, Firozabad resident Mr. Gambhir Singh son of Mr. Ram Kishan and Unnao resident Mrs. Lakshmi wife Mr. Manesh requested to provide the Prime Minister’s residence. The Deputy Chief Minister instructed the concerned officers to take necessary action as per the eligibility. Mrs. Champa Devi of Kushinagar requested for treatment and financial assistance at PGI Hospital, Lucknow for the treatment of serious heart disease. Shri Maurya, with humanitarian sympathy, directed the concerned officers to provide necessary assistance as per rules.
