Deportation of two Afghan citizens working as officers in Pakistani Army

A war-like situation has arisen between Pakistan and Afghanistan. Pakistan is now adopting a tough stance against the Taliban government of Afghanistan.

As a result, Pakistan has intensified its campaign to expel Afghan citizens living illegally in its country. Two Afghan nationals serving as officers in the Pakistani Army have also been expelled.

Recently Pakistan Air Force had attacked the border of Afghanistan. In which eight women died. After this there was a clash between the two countries. Pakistan says that Tehreek-e-Taliban Pakistan terrorists taking shelter in Afghanistan are carrying out attacks in Pakistan and hence there is a need to take action against them.

Pakistan Defense Minister Khawaja Asif made a shocking claim and said that due to the open border, Afghan infiltrators enter the country and can also obtain documents that they are living in Pakistan. Unless he can be recruited into the Pakistani Army. As Defense Minister, I have signed two-three files in which there is talk of dismissal of Afghan soldiers from the Pakistan Army. Among them there was a captain and a lieutenant.

It is noteworthy that Pakistan has started a campaign to send back Afghan citizens living illegally in the country from October 31 and the Defense Minister had talked about this in an interview given to a Pakistani newspaper.

According to an estimate, 17 lakh Afghan citizens live in Pakistan and 14 lakh of them have refugee status. Pakistan has ordered people living without proper documents to leave the country and the above decision is also a major reason for the bitterness created between Pakistan and Afghanistan.
