Department of Information and Public Relations’ vehicle facility turns into a means for picnics Information Department will tighten its grip on journalists having picnics in vehicles, these strict rules are going to be implemented

Lucknow (Pawan Singh):It is as if when a position behind the waist is achieved without any hard work, then neither the position nor the self is respected…!!! Every day, a few recognized Sahafis, or Parcha-Navis Bhai people, keep snatching the vehicle facilities of the Information Department. Because of these few recognized vehicle owners, the situation has now become such that the journalists who used to get the vehicle facility once or twice in a year or two due to some unavoidable reason, have come to the point of being stopped. The hassle of having a picnic by taking a vehicle from the Information Department is about to end. The department is now making rules that will decriminalize the “free vehicle, free fun” thing.

Government vehicle will be available only on essential and emergency coverage

In the rules of providing vehicle facility from the Information Department, it will be mandatory that the vehicle will be available only in unavoidable circumstances on any emergency news coverage..!! For this he will have to give a letter from his establishment. Visuals/published news of the event/news for which vehicle facility will be provided for coverage will have to be submitted to the department.

GPS tracking will expose you, if you go out of UP you will be punished

Whatever agency is listed in the department, GPS will be mandatory…so that it can be known whether the vehicle has gone out of the limits of Uttar Pradesh…!! GPS details will have to be submitted to the agency after completion of the journey and only then payment will be made..!!! Thoughts/suggestions have also come that in unavoidable circumstances, this benefit will be available only once or maximum twice in a year.
