ANM Varsha Kumari, who was protesting, said that ANMs are working here on permanent and contract basis. But permanent employees get all kinds of facilities. We do not get any kind of facility. We are even deprived of our basic facilities. That is why we should get equal pay for equal work. If this does not happen, our protest will continue.
