Demolition campaign started as soon as Diwali festival ended, 17 illegal encroachments removed from Gondal Highway

Rajkot: With the completion of Diwali festival, bulldozer action has been started due to pressure from the District Collectorate. Instructions have been given by the Collector to relieve the pressure in the district. For which approximately 2100 square meter old government land number 305 near Rajkot-Gondal National Highway in Veraval village near Rajkot. There was unauthorized commercial encroachment on the land by about 17 Ashamis.

In which the pressure on big shops and other things was removed by placing police, Kotda Sangani Mamlatdar along with Gujarat officials and JCB machines. The current market value of the dismantled land will be approximately Rs 1.23 crore.

The pressure relief operation was carried out by Mamlatdar G.B.Jadeja and his staff, while Shapar PSI G.B.Jadeja and his staff made strict arrangements to maintain law and order.
