Washington, December 04 (HS). Democrat Adam Gray won election to the U.S. House in California’s 13th Congressional District, defeating incumbent John Duarte. Duarte defeated Gray by 564 votes two years ago. Gray is a former state legislator. He represented California’s 21st Assembly district from 2012 to 2022. He is considered a centrist Democrat. He raised the major problem of water shortage for farmers in the Central Valley.
