Sagar Thakur made these allegations against Elvis
While uploading the video on Twitter, Sagar said that efforts are being made to suppress the FIR against Elvish. He wrote in the caption, 'Elvish Yadav, who openly threatened to kill me. All the evidence is available on the internet. But when I went to register the FIR, the SHO registered a case under IPC 147, 149, 323 and 506. Unfortunately, these are bailable sections and do not include any non-bailable charges despite clear evidence of attempt to murder.
If anything goes wrong in future then Elvish Yadav will be responsible
He wrote, 'Why is the charge of murder not included in the FIR? Is it because of the influence of state government money and support? Is the Haryana government possibly protecting any criminal? I request @DC_Gurugram, @gurgaonpolice, @anilvijminister, @mlkhattar, @anilvijminister to register FIR with non-bailable section against MS Elvish for attempt to murder & #ArrestElvishYadav. If anything unfortunate happens to me in future then Elvis Yadav should be held responsible.
