In the video, Swati Maliwal is seen sitting inside the CM House, where some employees ask her to go out. Meanwhile she is getting angry at Vibhav. He says, 'Hold your hand and see, if you don't take all the jobs then tell me… now you get me to talk to the DCP. I will first talk to SHO Civil Lines. Whatever happens will happen here. Remember if you touch me I will take your job.
Swati made serious allegations against Vibhav
Serious allegations have been made in the FIR lodged against Vibhav by Swati Maliwal. In the FIR, Swati said, “I had gone to meet Delhi Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal at his camp office. After reaching the office, I called CM's PA Vibhav Kumar, but could not reach him. Then I sent a message (via WhatsApp) to his mobile number, however, there was no response. I then went inside the main door of the house, as I have been doing for the last few years, because Vibhav Kumar was not there, I informed the staff present there that he is present in the house and I went to the drawing room and sat on the sofa. But he sat down and told me that the CM was coming to meet me, he started shouting at me and abusing me. I was stunned by this sudden incident. He spoke to me like this and said, “How can you listen to us?”
Swati further said in her complaint, “He started slapping me.” He slapped me at least 7-8 times. I was screaming.. I was in complete shock and tried to push him away. He pushed me and almost pulled my shirt. My shirt unbuttoned and I fell, hitting my head on the center table. I kept shouting for help. Vibhav Kumar was not satisfied and attacked me by kicking my chest, stomach and lower body with his feet. I was having periods. I told him to let me go. Because I am in a lot of pain. However, he repeatedly attacked me with full force. I was trying to get out somehow. Then I sat on the sofa in the drawing room and the glasses fell down during the attack. I was badly shocked by this attack. I was very shocked and called 112 to report the incident. Vibhav threatened me and said do whatever you want. You can't harm us. He further said that bury me at a place where no one will know.
