Vistara Airlines has now posted a response saying, 'We acknowledge that Vistara flight UK 876 from Hyderabad to Mumbai faced a 12-minute delay in deboarding passengers due to obstruction in the staircase.' The airline also said, 'The concerned authorities have been directed to take immediate corrective action. We regret the inconvenience caused to passengers due to this delay.
