Jantar Mantar area of the capital Delhi once again turned into an arena today. Thousands of youth and protesters started gathering at Jantar Mantar since morning:

Barricading broken: As the afternoon approached, the mob uprooted the multi-layer barricades leading to Parliament Street and tried to break the police security cordon.

Metro station closed: Due to security reasons, some entry and exit gates of Patel Chowk, Central Secretariat, Udyog Bhawan and Janakpuri/Mandi House have been temporarily closed for passengers.

Traffic Diversion and Jam: Due to heavy barricading on Ashoka Road, Janpath, Sansad Marg and connecting routes, long queues of vehicles formed in Connaught Place and Lutyens Delhi, due to which the passengers had to face a lot of inconvenience.
Section 163 implemented, police warned of strict legal action
New Delhi District Police Administration has clarified that no procession or march of any kind beyond Jantar Mantar will be allowed. no permission was given: :

BNSS Section 163 (old 144): There is a complete ban on gathering or marching of 5 or more people in Lutyens’ Delhi and around Parliament House.
