Insulting things were said in the video
A case was registered against Aam Aadmi Party convenor Arvind Kejriwal in 2018 for retweeting a tweet containing a video by YouTuber Dhruv Rathi. In that video, derogatory things were said about a person named Vikas Sankrityayan.

Delhi High Court refused to quash the case and said that a large number of people follow Kejriwal on Twitter. Without verifying the derogatory comment made against the complainant, he retweeted it and spread it to millions of people.
Stay on the case pending in the lower court
At present, the Supreme Court has put an interim stay on the case going on in the lower court. The stay will continue till the next hearing.
