Ranchi, 3 October (Hindustan Reporter). A delegation led by Maulana Ahmed Wali Faisal Rahmani, Amir-e-Shariat-cum-Secretary of All India Muslim Personal Law Board, met Chief Minister Hemant Soren on Thursday.
During this, the delegation informed the Chief Minister about its feelings regarding the Waqf Amendment Bill. The delegation that met the Chief Minister in the presence of Minister Irfan Ansari and State Congress President Keshav Mahato Kamlesh included MPs and members of the Joint Parliamentary Committee formed for the Waqf Amendment Bill, Dr. Nasir Hussain and Maulana Muhibullah Nadvi, Minnat Rahmani, Qazi Mohammad Anjar Alam Qasmi, Maulana Mufti Anwar Qasmi, Maulana Tahjibul Hasan, Fahad Rahmani, Ehtesham Rahmani and Mufti Shahabuddin were prominently involved.
