Many public welfare schemes are being run in the country by the Prime Minister, whose benefits are being availed by crores of poor people of the country. He said that Congress considered the border villages of Uttarakhand as the last region of the country but after the BJP government came to power, Prime Minister Modi considered those areas not as the last but the first region. Border areas were connected by road and mobile connectivity. Along with the country, the army has also become stronger under the BJP rule.

He appealed to all the people of the area to make him win with a huge majority. He appealed to the people to press the lotus flower button on April 19 for the strength and development of the country.
