He wrote on the x handle, “Today on the 25th anniversary of Kargil Vijay Diwas, we remember the indomitable spirit and courage of those brave soldiers who fought valiantly in the 1999 war. Their unwavering commitment, valor and patriotism ensured that our country remained safe. Their service and sacrifice will continue to inspire every Indian and our future generations.”
It is noteworthy that the Indian Army defeated Pakistan in the Kargil war and won on 26 July 1999. This war was fought for about two months. Initially, it was considered to be an infiltration by Pakistan, but after a search operation in the Line of Control, Pakistan's planned strategy was revealed. The Indian Army realized that the attack was planned on a large scale.
After this, the Indian government launched 'Operation Vijay' and sent troops to the Kargil region. This war demonstrated the unwavering determination and indomitable spirit of the Indian armed forces. The Kargil war is a proof of Pakistan's wrong intentions.
