Decision on Rajkumar Pahan's anticipatory bail plea on July 20

Ranchi, July 06 (HS). In the land scam case related to Chief Minister Hemant Soren, the anticipatory bail plea of ​​​​the original landowner Rajkumar Pahan was heard in the special PMLA court. The hearing of both the parties in the case has been completed. The court will give its verdict in the case on July 20.

ED has filed a chargesheet against Rajkumar Pahan by making him an accused. Taking cognizance of the ED's chargesheet, the court has issued summons. After this, the sword of arrest is hanging over him. To avoid arrest, Rajkumar Pahan has filed an anticipatory bail petition in the special PMLA court on May 1.

This case is related to the fraud of 8.86 acres of land under Bargai zone. In this case, Chief Minister Hemant Soren was arrested by ED on 31 January. On March 30, ED has filed a chargesheet in the court against five people including Hemant Soren.
