Kishanganj, 09 November (HS). An abandoned body of a person has been found in the district. The man's body was found lying near National Highway 327E. Police have started further action regarding the dead body. According to the information, the incident took place in Gandharvadanga police station area. Where a dead body of a person was found lying abandoned on the road on NH-327E between Tarabari-Kumihiya. The dead body has been identified as Pragesh Kumar Rai, a youth from Bansbari Kachari Mahadalit Tola under Malingaon Panchayat, father – Jitu Lal Rai.
On Saturday, Gandharvadanga police station incharge Dhanji Kumar said that when he was going on patrol early in the morning, he found the dead body of a person on the road. Looking at the dead body of the person, it seems that he died due to a road accident. His bag has been recovered from the person, in which they have got information about his address by looking at the document. After informing the family about the matter, the body has been sent to Kishanganj Sadar Hospital for post-mortem. Meanwhile, the family members of the deceased have expressed the fear of murder while crying. Jitu Lal Rai, father of the deceased who reached Sadar Hospital, said that he had no idea how the incident happened. He had just woken up when he got a call that his son's body had been found. He noticed that there were many marks on the body. Due to which they feel that their son has been murdered.
