Jammu, August 31 (HS). District Development Council Member (DDC) Nowshera Dr. Manohar Singh joined the Bahujan Samaj Party along with his supporters on Saturday. During a program organized at the party office in Jammu, former MP and BSP State Jammu Kashmir Coordinator Raja Ram, Dr. Avtar Singh Karimpuri and party's Jammu and Kashmir President Darshan Rana welcomed District Development Council Member Nowshera Dr. Manohar Singh into the party with great enthusiasm.
Apart from this, other party leaders including Jammu Kashmir Vice President of the party Charanjit Chargotra, State Coordinator Gaurav and former BSP State President Tulsi Das Langeh were also present. On this occasion, while welcoming District Development Council Member Dr. Manohar Singh in the Bahujan Samaj Party, State Coordinator of the party and former MP Raja Ram said that the Bahujan Samaj Party is contesting the elections strongly in Jammu and Kashmir and the joining of District Development Council Member Dr. Manohar Singh in the party will strengthen the party a lot.
He said that Dr. Manohar Singh has been involved in active politics for a long time and he has a distinct identity among the people and influenced by the policies of Bahujan Samaj Party, he has joined the party today and the party has gained a lot of strength in the region. Targeting the Bharatiya Janata Party, Congress, National Conference as well as other political parties, he said that these political parties have always worked to destroy Jammu and Kashmir for the greed of power but now the people of Jammu and Kashmir want to see Bahujan Samaj Party in power.
He discussed various issues with the party workers. On this occasion, BSP State Coordinator Dr. Avtar Singh Karimpuri and Jammu Kashmir President Darshan Rana said that DDC member Naushera is an experienced politician and his joining the party will strengthen the party and it is expected that other people will also join Bahujan Samaj Party in the coming days. He said that the names of the candidates will also be announced soon by the Bahujan Samaj Party for the assembly elections. On joining the party on this occasion, District Development Council member Dr. Manohar Singh said that he has joined the party today after being impressed by the policies of Bahujan Samaj Party. He said that only Bahujan Samaj Party can work for the welfare and betterment of Jammu Kashmir. BSP has always talked about the interests of the backward and Dalit class of the society. He said that every possible effort will be made to strengthen the party and more and more people will be associated with the party.
