Date of admission extended in paramedical colleges of MP: You can take admission till November 15, Deputy CM Rajendra Shukla gave strict instructions.

The state government has taken a big decision for the students wishing to take admission in various diploma and degree courses in various government and private paramedical colleges of Madhya Pradesh. State Deputy Chief Minister and Health and Medical Education Minister Rajendra Shukla has issued official instructions to extend the last date of admission to paramedical courses to November 15, 2026. Earlier this admission process was ending in the last week of October, but in view of the vacant seats in many medical and paramedical colleges and the requests of students from remote areas, the government has decided to extend this deadline. This decision will directly benefit thousands of candidates who were left behind in the document verification or counseling process due to some reason.

Deputy Chief Minister Rajendra Shukla issued the order after a review meeting with senior officials of the Directorate of Medical Education (DME) and Madhya Pradesh Paramedical Council (MPPC). The Deputy CM clarified that there is a huge demand for skilled paramedical staff in the health sector, hence no valid seat should remain vacant in the colleges.

  • Quick Mapping of Vacant Seats: All government and recognized private colleges have been asked to immediately update the details of their vacant seats on the Council’s portal.

  • Timely Verification: The document verification and reporting process in colleges should be compulsorily completed by 5:00 pm on 15th November.

  • Strict adherence to transparency: There will be a strict ban on charging extra fees or unauthorized admission by private colleges; All admissions will be valid only as per the merit list and rules of the Council.
