Dashay Mahato's suspicious gathering canceled in Karma of Mandu block: DC

Ramgarh, 17 October (Hindustan Reporter). The jamabandi of GM land wrongly established in Mandu block of Ramgarh district has been completely canceled. DC Chandan Kumar gave this information on Thursday evening. He said that action will also be taken against the guilty personnel and officials involved in organizing a suspicious gathering on a non-Majrua special type forest land under Mandu zone. He said that on the matter related to the establishment of a suspicious jamabandi in Mandu zone, the Revenue Registration and Land Reforms Department, Jharkhand, Ranchi has given confirmation for the cancellation of the suspicious jamabandi, after which the concerned zonal officers, guilty of organizing the jamabandi, will be arrested. Instructions have been given to identify the involved personnel and officials and send the proposal along with recommendations for disciplinary action against them through higher channels.

Jamabandi of 5 acres of Dashay Mahato has been canceled. Jamabandi of 5.08 acres of area in Dashay Mahato Mouza Karma police station number 176, account number 06, plot number 3645 has been canceled. It is noteworthy that after all the above suspicious jamabandi related cases came to the notice of the Deputy Commissioner cum District. The case was heard in the court of Magistrate, Ramgarh. In the related case, the court had canceled the suspicious jamabandhi established under Section 4-H of the Bihar/Jharkhand Land Reforms Act 1950 and sent it to the Commissioner North, Chhota Nagpur Division, Hazaribagh for confirmation. In order to take further action in the matter, the Revenue Registration and Land Reforms Department, Government of Jharkhand, Ranchi approved the cancellation of the related jamabandi.
