News India Live, Digital Desk: The shadow of rigging is looming over the Delhi Police Constable Recruitment Examination 2023 conducted by the Staff Selection Commission (SSC). After a big cheating gang was busted in Bhagalpur, Bihar, exams have been canceled or postponed at many centres. This incident has dealt a blow to the hopes of lakhs of candidates.

Where and how did the matter come to light?

According to reports, the examination was going on at Ang Exam Center in Bhagalpur, when the administration got information about a big cheating gang. Investigation revealed that some candidates were using unfair means of cheating. As soon as the matter came to light, the police and concerned officials immediately took action and took many suspects into custody. After this incident, it has been decided to postpone the SSC Delhi Police Constable exam at Ang Exam Center and some other affected exam centers in Bihar.

Difficulties for candidates increased

This action has brought relief to the honest candidates, but a big problem has arisen for lakhs of students who had prepared for the examination after working hard for months. Candidates from the canceled centers will now have to wait for the next date of examination, due to which their time and effort is being wasted. SSC has not yet officially given complete information on this matter as to how many centers the exam has been canceled and when will the new dates be announced.

SSC and police are investigating this matter thoroughly so that other members of the counterfeiting gang and the conspiracy behind it can be exposed. Such incidents raise questions on the integrity of the examinations, putting the future of eligible candidates at stake.
