Ashok Mali died due to heart attack: Garba dancer Ashok Mali, popularly known as 'Garba King' in Pune, died of a sudden heart attack while playing Garba with his son. The entire incident was captured on camera. Due to this incident the atmosphere of happiness turned into mourning. Mali was immediately taken to the nearest hospital where doctors declared him brought dead.

In this connection, Ashok Mali, known as Garba King in Pune, was also known for teaching Garba to the people. He gained fame as a Garba instructor due to his skill and passion in dance. A gardener, originally from Hole village of Sindkheda taluka of Duthe district, was invited to perform Garba at an event organized in Chakan.

Ashok Mali was playing different steps of Garba with his younger son Bhavesh, when suddenly his condition worsened and he fell unconscious on the ground. The people present there were shocked by this sudden incident and Ashok Mali was immediately taken to the nearest hospital for treatment. Where the doctors on duty declared the gardener dead.

Ashok Mali's unexpected death has once again shocked his relatives and friends. A similar incident took place four days ago in Jalgaon in which a 27-year-old youth died of a heart attack while playing Garba.
