According to the information revealed, the government can increase the dearness allowance (DA) by 3 percent, after which it will become 53 percent. It has been included in the agenda, which will be announced in the cabinet meeting to be held on September 25. In such a situation, the salary of an employee getting a monthly salary of Rs 50 thousand will increase by 1500.
How much DA increased in January
Earlier in January this year, the central government had increased the dearness allowance of central employees by 4 per cent.
