Cycling is better exercise for health, its multidimensional benefits: Dhirendra Singh Sachan

Lucknow, 15 April (HS). Although cycling is a sport, if you include it in your daily routine, it has many multifaceted benefits. This is a better exercise for health. Chairman of Uttar Pradesh Cycling Association, Dhirendra Singh Sachan said these things. He was speaking as the chief guest at a seminar organized to encourage the adoption of cycling as a sport and discuss its benefits.

He said that if you take up cycling as a sport, your health improves and your immunity becomes stronger. Praising the management of Modern Academy for organizing this event, he said that he is extremely impressed by the discipline and time planning of the school. It is also commendable that every possible facility is being provided to encourage sports in this school.

Presiding over the seminar, Sunil Tuli and Rajiv Tuli, directors of Modern Academy, said that if cycling is encouraged, it also strengthens environmental protection. Although exercise should be done daily for better health, but for those who are unable to do so, cycling can be a better option.

International level cyclists Lieutenant General (retd) Anil Puri and Major General (retd) AVK Mohan answered the questions related to cycling asked by the school boys and girls. During this, students who asked the best questions, Divyansh Rai, Ayesha Fatima, Aditi Singh, Kanishk Srivastava and Shaurya Singh were also rewarded.

Major General (Retd) AVK Mohan said on the occasion that cycling is very effective for staying fit. Cycling is a sport which has many benefits. Anyone can start it anytime. It is an ideal game for people of all ages. He appealed to the people to include cycling as a sport in their daily routine.

PCA General Secretary Dr. Anand Kishore Pandey said that healthy diet, cycling, exercise and regular physical activity are very useful in preventing heart disease and keeping the heart healthy. In the end, school principal Rupali Pandey expressed her gratitude.
