CWC Recruitment 2026: Bumper recruitment for 327 posts in Central Warehousing Corporation, applications started for Assistant Manager and Junior Executive.

CWC has released the official notification for recruitment to a total of 327 posts of Assistant Manager (various cadre) and Junior Executive under direct recruitment advertisement number CWC/I-Manpower/DR/Rectt/2026/01. The online application process for this recruitment has officially started from today i.e. 17 October 2026. The 327 posts advertised by Central Warehousing Corporation are divided into various technical and non-technical specializations. This includes posts at both Assistant Manager and Junior Executive levels:

• Assistant Manager (General): Total 70 posts (UR 28, OBC 23, SC 09, EWS 07, ST 03)

• Assistant Manager (Technical): Total 60 posts (UR 25, OBC 16, SC 09, EWS 06, ST 04)

• Assistant Manager (Finance): Total 10 posts (Unreserved 05, OBC 03, EWS 01, ST 01)

• Assistant Manager (Civil Engineering): total 22 posts

• Assistant Manager (Electrical Engineering): Total 05 posts

Of the total posts, 140 posts are unreserved, while 97 posts are reserved for OBC, 40 posts for SC, 30 posts for EWS and 20 posts for ST category. Apart from this, the provision of horizontal reservation has also been implemented for Persons with Disabilities (PwBD) and ex-servicemen as per rules.

The eligibility of the candidates will be determined on the basis of cut-off date of 15 November 2026. The essential qualifications for various posts have been prescribed as follows:

• Assistant Manager (General): Minimum two years Post Graduation Degree (Master’s Degree) or Post Graduate Diploma in any discipline from any recognized university.

• Assistant Manager (Technical): B.Tech or B.E. in Agriculture, Food Technology, Food Science, Food Science and Technology, Food Technology Management or Biotechnology. degree.

• Assistant Manager (Finance): Bachelor of Commerce (B.Com) with 3 years of experience in Finance and Accounting, or Graduation in any discipline with CA Inter or CMA Inter.

• Assistant Manager (Engineering – Civil/Electrical/Mechanical): Full time B.E./B.Tech degree in relevant engineering branch (Civil, Electrical, Electrical & Electronics or Mechanical).

• Junior Executive (General): Bachelor’s degree in any stream and working knowledge of computer applications and MS Office.

• Junior Executive (Technical): B.Sc. degree in Agriculture, Botany, Zoology, Biotechnology, Microbiology, Biochemistry, Food Science or Chemistry with basic knowledge of computer and MS Office.

For CWC Recruitment 2026, the minimum age of the candidates has been fixed at 18 years and maximum age at 28 years. Age will be calculated as on 15 November 2026. This means that the candidate should not be born before 16 November 1998 and after 15 November 2008 (both dates inclusive). According to the personnel rules of the Central Government, upper age limit relaxation of 3 years will be given to OBC (Non-Creamy Layer) candidates, 5 years to SC and ST category candidates and 10 years to Persons with Disability (PwBD) candidates.

Officers and employees selected in Central Warehousing Corporation will be given attractive Public Undertaking Pay Scale (IDA Pay Scale):

• Assistant Manager (Grade E-1): Pay scale of ₹40,000 to ₹1,40,000.

• Junior Executive (Grade SV): Pay scale of ₹29,000 to ₹93,000.

Apart from the basic salary and dearness allowance (IDA), as per the rules of the corporation, facilities like House Rent Allowance (HRA), various allowances under cafeteria approach, CPF, Contributory Pension, Gratuity, Leave Travel Concession (LTC), Performance Related Pay (PRP) and medical reimbursement will be available. At the time of joining, the selected Assistant Manager will have to pay a service bond of Rs 1 lakh and the Junior Executive will have to pay a service bond of Rs 50,000, under which it will be mandatory for them to serve in the corporation for at least 2 years.

The selection process under CWC Recruitment will be based mainly on two levels:

• Assistant Manager Posts: Online Computer Based Test (CBT), Document Verification (DV) and Personal Interview.

• Junior Executive Posts: Final merit will be made on the basis of Online Examination (CBT) and Document Verification (DV) only (there will be no interview).

A total of 200 marks questions will be asked in the online examination for Assistant Manager (Technical, Finance and Engineering Cadre), which will include Professional/Subject Knowledge (60 questions, 60 marks, 55 minutes), General Awareness (40 questions, 40 marks, 20 minutes), English Language (40 questions, 40 marks, 25 minutes), Reasoning and Computer Aptitude (30 questions, 30 marks, 25 minutes) and Quantitative Aptitude and Data Analysis (30 questions, 30 marks, 25 minutes). There will be a provision of negative marking of one-fourth (0.25) marks for each wrong answer in the examination.

• Application Fee: For male candidates of General (UR), EWS and OBC category, the application fee is ₹ 850 + Intimation fee ₹ 500 i.e. total ₹ 1,350. Whereas the application fee for SC, ST, Disabled (PwBD), Ex-Servicemen and women candidates of all categories will be zero, they will have to deposit only an intimation fee of ₹ 500 through online medium.

6. Scan and upload your recent color passport photograph, signature, left hand thumb impression and handwritten declaration in the prescribed size.

7. Pay the fee online through Net Banking, Debit Card or UPI as per your category.

8. After final submission of the form, keep the printout of the filled application form and fee receipt safe. Candidates are not required to send any hard copy by post.
