Ranchi, 01 April (Hindus). The court has extended the judicial custody period of Yogendra Tiwari, accused of money laundering of liquor scam amount. The accused was produced in the court of ED Special Judge PK Sharma on Monday through video conferencing.
The court has extended the judicial custody of the accused till April 16. ED had arrested Yogendra Tiwari on 19 October 2023. Since then he is in judicial custody. ED's investigation has revealed that Yogendra Tiwari was involved in sand smuggling and illegally investing the income earned by buying and selling land in the liquor business.
