Currently there is no stop on the ongoing recount for the post of Treasurer of the District Advocates Association

Prayagraj, 20 February (HS). Allahabad High Court has not stopped the recounting of the post of Treasurer of District Advocates Association Prayagraj for the time being and said that the counting of votes should be completed. The hearing of the petition is going on.

Justice Manish Kumar Nigam is hearing the petition of Awadhesh Kumar Yadav. Objections were also raised on the maintainability of the petition. Arguing against the petition, it was said that the arbitrator's order of recounting is correct and there is no legal error in it, the hearing is continuing.
