Sultanpur, 01 October (Hindustan Reporter). A CRPF jawan, suffering from mental stress, committed suicide by shooting himself with his own rifle at CRPF Group Center Amethi in Trishundi. The intensity of the bullet was so high that the barrel of the rifle entered the jawan's head from below the jaw. The injured soldier was brought to the medical college for treatment, where doctors declared him dead.
Sushant Kumar Sheel (36), son of Pradeep Kumar Seal, son of CRPF Group Center Amethi, Trishundi, who was suffering from mental stress, fired a bullet from his own rifle below the neck on Tuesday. Due to the intensity of the bullet, the barrel of the rifle broke below the jaw of the jawan. Went over the head. The soldier died on the spot. Government Medical College Sultanpur reached with the dead body. The condition of the dead body appeared appalling. The body of the soldier along with the rifle was sent to the postmortem house.
According to the police, it seems impossible to remove the barrel from the dead body without completing the firing cycle of the rifle. The team of CRPF doctors has reached the post mortem house.
