Lucknow, 28 September (HS). Musheer Khan, brother of Indian cricketer Sarfaraz Khan, was injured in a road accident on Purvanchal Expressway. He is undergoing treatment at Medanta Hospital in Lucknow. While updating about the player's health on Saturday, the hospital management said that he is now out of danger.
While issuing the health bulletin on Saturday, Medical Superintendent Dr. Paritosh Thakur said that cricket player Musheer Khan, who was injured in a road accident, was brought to the emergency department of Medanta Hospital due to neck pain. He is undergoing treatment under the supervision of Dr. Dharmendra Singh, Director of Orthopedics Department. Right now his condition remains stable and he is out of danger.
It is noteworthy that cricketer Musheer Khan along with his father Naushad Khan and Riyaz left for Lucknow on Friday in a car from Azamgarh to participate in the Irani Cup. His car met with an accident on the Purvanchal Expressway around eight in the evening. Musheer sustained injuries in the accident. His brother Sarfaraz Khan is an Indian cricketer. The team is part of the Test series being played between Bangladesh and India.
