Russia Ukraine War: A Russian court has imposed a fine of 50,000 rubles (US$560) on Russian actress and TV presenter Anastasia Ivleeva, who appealed to maintain peace with Ukraine.
Anastasia Ivleeva came into limelight by organizing a naked party in a Moscow nightclub. After the party organized by him in December last year, people got angry at him on social media.
However, he faces court action for other reasons. In the early days of Russia's war with Ukraine, Anastasia Ivleeva took to social media to appeal for peace and a negotiated solution to the problem. He was accused of defaming the Russian army. During the hearing of the case, the court found him guilty and imposed a fine.
However, Anastasia Ivleeva became the most talked about by organizing a naked party. In the invitations sent to people to attend the party, he had mentioned minimum clothing as the dress code. A famous Russian rapper also attended the party wearing only a name symbol on his body.
Pictures of this party went viral on social media. Many leaders and bloggers criticized organizing such a party and said, 'When Russia is fighting a war, this kind of show is not appropriate.'
Such criticisms made no difference to Anastasia Ivleeva. Responding to the critics, she said, 'We admire the skinny models of the West, but we get upset when we see the beautiful and fit actresses of our own country.'
