OnCourt will make the whole process easier

On connecting courts with technology, Justice Raja Vijayraghavan of the Kerala High Court said, “The entire process will be simplified because of OnCourt. This will lead to better scheduling in the system so that hearings can be held on time, which will help litigants know the status of their cases in real time. So it will prove to be helpful. Courts can be connected to important institutions like banks and police, which will facilitate the exchange of information. Communication and tracking will be easy. There will be four APIs (application programming interfaces) that will cover the status of the case, its metadata, commands and decisions. We have used advanced technology for security. We will use it for 14 courts.”
