wash eyes with fresh water
In case of eye irritation, first wash the eyes with fresh water. This will remove the dust and pollution particles accumulated in the eyes, due to which the irritation will gradually reduce.

By taking steam, the dirt accumulated in the respiratory tract starts getting cleared, which provides relief from cough and breathing problems. In such a situation, take hot water in a vessel and add some leaves like basil or fenugreek in it. Then cover your head with a towel and take steam.

If you are feeling cough and sore throat all the time, then consume a mixture of ginger and honey. For this, cut a piece of ginger, add some honey to it and suck it two-three times a day.
avoid going out
Avoid going out when pollution levels are high. If absolutely necessary, go out wearing a mask, this will protect you from external dust and pollution.
