Indian cricket team’s star player Virat Kohli is once again embroiled in controversies. On the first day of the fourth Test against Australia, there was an on-field clash between Kohli and Australian debutant Sam Constas. The ICC fined Kohli 20% of his match fee for the incident and added one demerit point to his account. This is the first time in five years that Kohli has received a demerit point. Event:
During the match against Afghanistan, Kohli strongly disagreed with the umpire’s decision regarding an LBW appeal.

Event:
In the rain-affected match, Kohli repeatedly complained to the umpires about the moisture in the outfield. He showed his disagreement by expressing his displeasure at the condition of the ball.

Event:

After David Warner was out on a no-ball, there was a heated argument between Kohli, Dhawan and Warner on the field.

Event:
Kohli showed the middle finger to a group of spectators. Later he clarified that the audience had abused his family.
