-Those who divide the youth power on the basis of religion are committing the crime of dividing the energy of India: CM Yogi – CM Yogi, who attended the 136th convocation of the University, said, those who sycophant familyism in the name of socialism were never ideals. Can’t be made – CM gave honorary degree of D.Litt of the University to Kumar Vishwas – CM said, every single moment of ours should be dedicated to the nation’s religion
Prayagraj, 27 November (HS). At the 136th convocation ceremony of Allahabad University, Uttar Pradesh Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath, as the chief guest, said that Allahabad University has contributed in every sector of the society. It has a glorious tradition. Youth should not deprive themselves of new knowledge.
While addressing the youth in the convocation ceremony, he said that every new knowledge is a science in itself. Whenever you distance yourself from it, you will create a barrier for yourself. He said that many people are not able to accept new things and new reforms. Whenever something new comes, people come out with flags to protest against it. Gone are the times when slogans were raised that my demands should be fulfilled, no matter what the compulsion. The country and society can never be uplifted through this. Remember, each and every moment of ours should be dedicated to the nation’s religion. He also said that those who are trying to divide the student power and youth power on the basis of caste, creed and religion are committing the sin of dividing the youth power and youth energy of India. Such people should never be allowed to move forward. Chief Minister Yogi awarded degrees to male and female students in the convocation ceremony of the University on Wednesday.
Before this, University Vice Chancellor Sangeeta Srivastava welcomed CM Yogi. Meanwhile, Chancellor Ashish Kumar Chauhan administered the oath to the students receiving initiation. CM Yogi conferred the honorary degree of D.Litt on behalf of the university to the eminent poet Dr. Kumar Vishwas. The Chief Minister said that we cannot deprive ourselves of the tradition of new knowledge.
The university is committed to regaining its ancient glory. CM Yogi said that Allahabad University is known for its reputation. Which is the area of the society for which universities have not prepared energetic youth? But time has a speed and if we keep pace with that speed then society, country and the world follow us and if we are behind then we are forced to be laggards. Somewhere, IVV too must have been a victim of this conflict. But even amidst these adverse circumstances and storms, the university has successfully faced the challenges and has shown yearning to regain that reputation. There is no doubt in the belief that Allahabad University will regain its ancient glory.
Convocation sermon: A new beginning in the life of the student. CM Yogi also mentioned the convocation sermon in the ceremony. He said that when we discuss the convocation sermon, it is not just the end of the convocation but a new beginning. Ancient India had shown the world what a center of higher education should be. The Rishi tradition of India composed the Upanishads as the best philosophical texts of the world and the lines of the same Upanishads were adopted as the convocation sermon in our Gurukul, which we speak as Taittiriya Upanishad that Satyam Vada, Dharmam Charah, Swadhyayanma Pramadah Satyanna Pramaditavyam, Dharmann Pramaditavyam, Kushalanna Pramaditavyam. This is the convocation sermon of Taittiriya Upanishad which was given in our Gurukul not from today but for thousands of years to the students entering a new life after completing their education.
India has always been helpful to humanity in times of crisis. CM Yogi said that we have a very broad definition of religion. Religion is that which paves the way for our ascension i.e. cultural progress and also paves the way for liberation after life. Whenever humanity across the world faced any crisis, India always stood with open arms. We never harmed anyone for our selfishness. This is Sanatan Dharma, this is India.
Those who strangled the Constitution are the same ones who are claiming to save the Constitution. Attacking the opposition parties, he said that the original copy of the Constitution did not contain the words secular and socialist anywhere. These two words were added when the Parliament was dissolved in the country and the powers of the judiciary were blunted. The democracy of this country was attacked and those who had worked to strangle the Constitution are today boasting of saving the Constitution. He is saying that the Constitution is in danger, democracy is in danger. The question arises when will this society evaluate those people who are a threat to democracy itself. Those who not only tried to tamper with the Constitution as per their wish, but also tried to paralyze democracy completely. Such words were used that it changed from secular to secular.
Those who sycophant familyism can never become role models. Attacking the Samajwadi Party, CM Yogi said that our young generation has to decide who should be their ideal. People who sycophant familyism in the name of socialism can never become role models. Dr. Ram Manohar Lohia had said that a true socialist is one who can work away from property and progeny. Are these people able to live? Is this a socialist movement? Today our youth will definitely have to think once about the great men of the country.
Good and educated youth should come forward in politics. CM Yogi said that the Prime Minister has also mentioned that good and educated youth should come forward in politics. Universities should also decide whether we can form Youth Parliament department in universities instead of student union. Those people who can give direction to the society in different areas of life should move forward.
The students here should take forward the research on Kumbh. CM Yogi said that I will tell the students here that you should take forward your research on different aspects of Prayagraj Kumbh. Kumbh or Magh Mela not only has spiritual and religious benefits for Prayagraj, but at the same time, what effect does it have on the economy, employment and development here? If you look at all these things by connecting them, then it will be a new experience for you. Universities all over the world study this.
On this occasion, Chancellor of the University and Chairman of the National Stock Exchange Ashish Kumar Chauhan, Vice Chancellor Prof. Sangeeta Srivastava, Water Power Minister Swatantra Dev Singh, Industrial Development Minister Nand Gopal Gupta Nandi, Mayor Ganesh Kesharwani, MP Praveen Patel, MLA Siddharth Nath Singh, Harshvardhan Bajpai, MLA Deepak Patel, MLC Surendra Chaudhary, eminent poet Dr Kumar Vishwas and others were present. are.
