Jaipur, 27 September (Hindustan Reporter). A contract worker committed suicide in Rajasthan High Court in Ashok Nagar police station area on Friday morning. The body of the youth was found hanging in a room on the third floor of the High Court complex. A suicide note was found near the deceased. In this he wrote that O God, may I get victory or martyrdom. I am very upset that the government has not done me any good. I want the government to do good to all my brothers who are working with me. After the incident, the lawyers demonstrated by keeping the dead body.
According to the police, Manish Saini, a resident of Bandikui, had come to the High Court for work on Friday morning at around 8 am. Manish committed suicide by hanging himself in the appeal section room on the third floor of B-Block of the High Court. When the employees working there came and checked, Manish's body was found hanging inside the room. On receiving information about suicide, Ashok Nagar police station reached the spot. The police got the videography done and immediately called the FSL team to the spot. FSL team collected evidence from the spot. The police have also called the family members of deceased Manish to Jaipur after informing them about the suicide. Manish Saini was working on contract in Rajasthan High Court for a long time. On receiving information about the incident, Registrar Administration Suresh Chand Bansal, Registrar Judicial Manoj Kumar Soni along with Registrar Writ Shailendra Vyas also reached the spot.
However, after the morning incident, there was a lot of anger among the employees and all the contractual workers of the AGA office sat on a sit-in strike where the family members of the deceased Manish Saini also joined the strike. The lawyers protested, demanding a government job for the wife of the deceased, an assistance amount of Rs 1 crore for the upbringing of the child and parents, provision of free education to the children of the deceased till graduation and the SLP pending in the Supreme Court. Demanded to withdraw. Along with this, he demanded an impartial and speedy investigation into this matter from a higher authority. While supporting the protesting family members and contract workers by keeping Manish's body in the High Court, the lawyers did not argue the matter in the court. Apart from this, a large number of lawyers came on the road outside the High Court and blocked the way. The lawyers blocked the High Court and raised slogans against the administration and the government. Due to which the route from High Court Circle to Statue and the traffic from Statue Circle to High Court were diverted. High Court Bar Association President Prahlad Sharma said – Such a big incident has happened in the High Court premises. In such a situation, we have informed everyone on humanitarian grounds. The body of deceased Manish is still in this premises. That's why we are not working.
