Sneezing Home Remedies: Most people have the problem of sneezing after cold and cough. Actually, sneezing is a normal thing. But continuous sneezing can be a sign of some problem. Eat vitamin-C rich foods
To avoid the problem of frequent sneezing, consume foods rich in vitamin C. For this, fruits like oranges and lemons should be included in the diet.

Steam it
Taking steam from hot water gives relief from blocked nose. Apart from this, it also removes nasal congestion. For this, boil water in a vessel and add balsam or eucalyptus oil to it. After this, take off the towel from your head and take steam.

Consumption of turmeric and milk
Turmeric has anti-inflammatory and anti-bacterial properties. It provides relief from cold and sneezing. Mix half a teaspoon of turmeric in a glass of hot milk and drink it. This home remedy will reduce the problem of sneezing. Apart from this, it will also help in boosting the immune system.

Mixture of honey and ginger

Basil and black pepper have anti-bacterial and antiviral properties. This helps in avoiding the problem of cold and cough. Boil basil leaves and black pepper powder in a cup of water and drink it. Honey can also be added to it which will help you in reducing continuous sneezing.
