Contempt case will be filed against station incharge inspector Pramod Dadsena, court issued order

Korba, 4 August (HS). An order has been issued to prosecute Pramod Dadsena, the then Inspector in charge of Bankimongra police station working in Korba District Police Force, for contempt of court order.

He has been directed to issue a notice in this regard. Along with this, as per the allegations, a case of contempt will also be filed against the shopkeeper whom he had benefited by going beyond his jurisdiction and getting him back the possession of the disputed shop.

Second District Judge, Katghora Jitendra Kumar Singh has issued an order for necessary action regarding handing over the possession of the disputed shop back to the victim party.

In this case, the aggrieved party again approached the court and filed a suit in the Additional Sessions Court, Katghora. After hearing the case, the judge found the defendant Hetram Sahu and police station in-charge Pramod Dadsena guilty of civil contempt of the court order and issued orders to initiate a separate contempt case against both of them. TI Dadsena is currently in-charge of Civil Line Rampur Police Station.
