Ayodhya Ram temple peak construction: The construction work of the main peak of Ram temple in Ayodhya has started from the first day of Navratri. First the worship was done at the temple construction site and then the main stone of the peak was worshiped in the temple premises. All the agencies involved in the construction of the temple have reached Ayodhya. Temple Construction Committee Chairman Nripendra Mishra is also in Ayodhya.
Will be ready in 120 days
The Nagara style temple will also have the same style (pyramid shape) and its spire has been designed by Sompura Architects. Which had already been finalized by the Trust. The height of the entire temple up to the peak is 161 feet. The construction of the spire will take at least 120 days. There will also be a religious flag on the peak.
The shikhara is considered to be the most difficult in the temple, when its construction began representatives from all agencies were present. The construction of Shikhar is being done keeping in mind the features of Ram temple construction. For this, both its strength and beauty will be taken care of.
Apart from Sompura Architects, experts from construction agency Larsen & Toubro, Central Building Research Institute (CBRI) Roorkee, National Geophysical Research Institute (NGRI) were also present.
Ram Darbar will be built before Holi
Ram devotees coming to Ram temple will soon have darshan of Ram Darbar. Ram Darbar will be established before Holi next year, this was also discussed in the meeting. Chairman of Ram Temple Construction Committee, Nripendra Mishra has informed that the design work of Ram Darbar has been completed. Ram Darbar will be made of marble. Ram Darbar will be in its full form with idols of Ram, Sita, the three brothers and Hanumanji. Sculptor Vasudev Kamath has approved his design, the Ram Darbar will be installed before Holi next year.
However, the construction of the entire temple building will take two months more than the scheduled time. The work of the parkota and Sapt Mandap of the temple is also going on. Apart from the main building, landscaping work is also being done. The construction work of the ground floor has been completed and the construction work of the first floor is almost 90 percent complete.
