Mirzapur, March 10 (HS). Union Minister of State Anupriya Patel along with departmental officials on Sunday conducted an on-site inspection of the Pipa bridge under construction at Sindhora-Sikhar Ganga Ghat. Officials said that out of 112 casks, 80 casks have been installed. The work progress is slow due to water flow, but it will be completed very soon.
The Union Minister of State said that there was a demand of the local people for a long time for the construction of Pipa bridge at Sindhauraghat. In this regard, he himself made continuous efforts from the government level. He said that soon the construction of Pipa bridge at Sindhaura Ghat will be completed. This will pave the way for commuting to Varanasi and Mirzapur. It will be inaugurated soon.
During this, Madhyawan MLA Vinod Kumar Bind, District Cooperative Bank Chairman Dr. Jagdish Singh Patel, National Secretary Meghnath Patel, District Magistrate Priyanka Niranjan, State Vice President Dr. Anil Singh Patel, Rahul Ojha etc. were present.
