Hamirpur, 08 May (Hindus). Union Minister for Information and Broadcasting and Youth and Sports Affairs Anurag Singh Thakur said that it is extremely shameful and insulting for Rahul Gandhi's mentor to call Indians Chinese, African, Arab and English. This once again makes it clear that Congress has never considered the whole of India as one but has always seen it in pieces.
He said that after unsuccessfully trying to divide on the basis of caste, region and language, Congress is now trying to divide Indians on the basis of their skin colour. Sometimes casteism, sometimes regionalism, sometimes discrimination on religious basis, sometimes division between North and South, and now apartheid among the residents of India… Why does Congress do the politics of dividing India? What does Congress want to achieve through these nefarious conspiracies?
Anurag Thakur said these things while talking to media persons during his election tour in Hamirpur parliamentary constituency on Wednesday. Anurag Thakur today addressed the Vishal Panna Pramukh convention in district Bilaspur along with BJP National President Jagat Prakash Nadda.
Anurag Thakur asked that for how long will Rahul Gandhi's guide Sam Pitroda continue insulting Indians like this. Sometimes you talk about grabbing the property of Indians and giving it to your vote bank and sometimes you compare Indians with Chinese and Africans. What kind of mentality is this?
Anurag Thakur said that in the last 10 years, Modi government has run with the basic mantra of Sabka Saath, Sabka Vikas and Sabka Vishwas. In his development plans, Modi ji never asked who is a Hindu, who is a Muslim, who is a Sikh and who is a Christian. Everyone has benefited from development equally. In our government only the deprived were given priority. But Congress is bent on cutting off SC, ST and OBC reservation for Muslims on the basis of religion. But as long as Bharatiya Janata Party is there, we will not allow Congress to snatch away the rights of our SC, ST and OBC brothers and give them to Muslims.
Anurag Thakur, while reacting to Farooq Abdullah's statement that “Pakistan has atom bomb”, said that today's India is not the old India which will remain silent on the martyrdom of its brave soldiers. Today our daughters are also taking 47's of each in their hands and taking the enemies to the graveyard. Earlier, Pakistanis used to slit the throats of our soldiers and the weak and ineffective Congress government used to sit idle. But today we kill terrorists by entering their houses.
